These Terms & Conditions of Membership ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TheRealLuxury Privé website, membership platform, services, events, experiences, benefits and related offerings.
By applying for, accessing or using a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not apply for membership or use any of our services.
Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
By applying for membership, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify an applicant's identity or eligibility.
Membership applications may be submitted through our website or other approved channels.
All applications are reviewed individually. Membership is offered at the sole discretion of heRealLuxury Privé.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to approve, decline or postpone any application without providing a reason.
Our membership selection process is designed to preserve the quality, integrity and spirit of the Privé community.
TheRealLuxury Privé offers multiple membership tiers, each providing a different level of access, benefits and privileges:
• Privé Access – EUR 49 per month
• Privé Select – EUR 99 per month
• Privé Circle – EUR 249 per month
Membership fees, features and benefits may be modified from time to time. Members will be informed of any material changes in advance.
Membership benefits may vary according to the selected plan and may evolve over time.
Membership fees are payable through the payment methods made available on the website, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer.
By submitting payment information, members confirm that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Applicable taxes and charges, if any, will be clearly displayed prior to payment.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
Where applicable under consumer protection laws, members may have a statutory right to withdraw from their membership purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
However, by purchasing a membership and requesting immediate access to membership benefits, services, digital content, events, experiences or other features of TheRealLuxury Privé, the member expressly requests that the performance of the membership commence immediately.
Where permitted by applicable law, the member acknowledges that once access to membership benefits and services has been granted, the right of withdrawal may be lost or reduced accordingly.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the member prior to the renewal date.
Members may manage or cancel their subscription through their online account or by contacting Privé in writing.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the member to a refund of fees already paid.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in accordance with these Terms.
Membership provides access to a curated portfolio of benefits, experiences and opportunities.
Benefits may include:
– invitations to private events and gatherings;
– cultural, lifestyle and fashion experiences;
– curated brand presentations;
– luxury hospitality experiences;
– selected international journeys;
– concierge support;
– partner privileges and preferred rates;
– access to curated products and private sales;
– networking opportunities;
– personalised recommendations.
Benefits vary by membership tier and may change from time to time.
In addition to the benefits associated with each membership plan, members receive access to a continuously evolving programme of curated experiences and activities. The monthly programme differs according to the selected membership tier and may include private dinners, fashion and cultural events, curated brand presentations, luxury hospitality experiences, international journeys, private gatherings and other carefully selected opportunities.
TheRealLuxury Privé does not guarantee that every benefit, event or experience will be available at all times.
Events, experiences and partner benefits may be subject to availability, capacity limitations and eligibility requirements.
TheRealLuxury Privé is not a travel agency, tour operator or travel intermediary.
Privé facilitates access to selected opportunities, experiences, reservations, introductions and partner benefits.
All travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, dining reservations, tickets, products and services are provided directly by independent third parties.
Members are solely responsible for any costs associated with travel, accommodation, transportation, meals, insurance, visas or other expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
TheRealLuxury Privé makes no guarantees regarding the quality, availability, suitability or performance of third-party services.
TheRealLuxury Privé is not responsible for changes, cancellations or service failures caused by third-party providers.
Partner offers, privileges and experiences may be modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without notice.
Photography and Event Content
By attending Privé events, members acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings and other media content may be captured during events, experiences and gatherings. Such content may be used by TheRealLuxury Privé for promotional, editorial, marketing, social media and community-related purposes. Members who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify Privé in writing prior to attending the relevant event.
No Guarantee of Business Opportunities
Membership in TheRealLuxury Privé is intended to facilitate access to experiences, connections and opportunities. However, TheRealLuxury Privé does not guarantee any business opportunities, commercial relationships, investments, partnerships, introductions, employment opportunities or specific outcomes resulting from participation in the community or attendance at events.
From time to time, TheRealLuxury Privé may offer referral programmes or incentives.
Eligibility requirements, rewards and programme conditions will be communicated separately.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any referral programme at its sole discretion.
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally when interacting with other members, partners, guests and representatives of TheRealLuxury Privé.
Members must not:
– engage in unlawful activity;
– harass, intimidate or discriminate against others;
– misuse membership privileges;
– provide false information;
– use membership for unauthorised commercial purposes;
– share or transfer membership access.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to determine whether conduct is inconsistent with the values and standards of the community.
Membership is personal, non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, shared or otherwise transferred to another individual or entity.
Any unauthorised transfer or sharing of membership benefits may result in immediate suspension or termination.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate membership at any time where:
– these Terms are breached;
– payment obligations are not met;
– membership privileges are misused;
– conduct is deemed harmful to the community, partners or brand;
– fraudulent or misleading information has been provided.
TheRealLuxury Privé may terminate membership without prior notice where immediate action is considered necessary to protect the community, partners or brand.
Termination may occur without refund where permitted by applicable law.
Access to the community is a privilege and not a guaranteed right.
All content available through TheRealLuxury Privé, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, videos, software and website content, is owned by or licensed to The Real Luxury S.R.L.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Real Luxury S.R.L., its directors, employees, affiliates, partners and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:
– membership participation;
– attendance at events;
– travel arrangements;
– partner services;
– cancelled events;
– delayed reservations;
– transportation disruptions;
– accommodation issues;
– personal injury;
– property loss or damage;
– acts or omissions of third parties.
Members participate in experiences and events at their own risk.
Force Majeure
TheRealLuxury Privé shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, cancellation or failure to provide services, benefits, events or experiences resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, public health emergencies, government actions, travel restrictions, strikes, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, technical failures or other force majeure events.
TheRealLuxury Privé reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of its services, benefits, events, membership plans or offerings at any time.
TheRealLuxury Privé may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of membership services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By applying for membership or using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano, Italy.
